"We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to St Bathans. The history is fascinating
with so many of the original buildings still there, and the Blue Lake is just so
spectacular. We wouldn't have missed it and it added so much to our trip on the Rail
Trail." |
| "Our tour to Naseby was very interesting. The real
stand-out was the Watchmaker's shop with its classification A with the Historic Places
Trust. The Museum was really interesting, too. We did not realise Naseby had such
a gold-mining heritage with its water races and sluicings and Coalpit and Hogburn
gullies. A real treat!" |

"George took us up the Hawkdun Ranges and we can't
get over the amazing Central Otago scenary and the views with Mount Cook in the background.
We went places yopu cannot usually go and it was well worth taking the extra day
we took to complete the Rail Trail. It also allowed us a round of golf!" |
